CAN I SEE HOW MY DESIGN LOOKS BEFORE IT IS MADE?

YES! We offer a full design service. Designs are made to order. Once we receive the order with the necessary instructions, we will prepare a digital mockup and contact you to confirm. Up to three design changes and modifications are allowed to achieve the desired result.

How do I customize my items?

Text boxes, drop-down menus, and image attachments are available in virtually all articles. What's needed, "depending on the article in question," to customize the article.

If you're missing options or have any questions, contact us and we'll help you via WhatsApp or we'll manage it for you.

I like a design I saw on the web but I don't see the item I need.

For most items, we have the option to: "Same as my order design" and "Configure design"
If you already have an article with the necessary configuration, select the first option and indicate which article we used as a reference. We'll match it to the main article.
If you don't have any items already customized (this will be the main one), contact me or indicate the design you want in the text boxes and we will contact you for confirmation.

I can't personalize my item

I need to buy a large quantity, do I get a discount?

Many of our items already have an automatic quantity discount preconfigured, which is added to your cart before checkout.

If the item you need doesn't have this discount set up, and you need a large volume, please contact me and we'll see if we can adjust the price.
