How to place an order

To facilitate customization of most of our products, we have set up a series of text and selectable boxes with the options available for each product.

Not all possible options are included, just the most general ones. So, if you're looking for something outside the stipulated customization, you can contact me without obligation at info@demoiatoi.es or via WhatsApp at 634802612.

No design will be made without prior payment. If after completing the design or assembly you are not satisfied with the result or have found a better option, we will consider refunding the order amount less 50% for the time invested in creating the prototype. We apologize for the inconvenience.


HOW TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?

  1. Access your desired article
  2. Complete the customization options
  3. Select the quantity of items you want and add them to your cart.
  4. For items that have bundles available within the product, please note the quantity marked on the bundle. For example: 2 Mugs, 3 Mugs, 5 Mugs... If you select a 5-mug bundle (and only want 5), add just one bundle to your cart. These items have a special discount that is not reflected in the quantity discount and can be combined with other discounts.
  5. Once your cart is complete, review your order to make sure everything is correct.
  6. Next, write the relevant notes regarding your order in "ORDER NOTES" so that they are reflected and I can access them.
  7. Check the option "I agree to the terms and conditions"
  8. Proceed to payment
  9. It's time to create your account or log in. (If you forgot your password, you can recover it at Forgot your password?
  10. Complete the shipping information
  11. HERE YOU WILL SEE YOUR DISCOUNTS REFLECTED AND YOU CAN ADD A DISCOUNT COUPON (NOTE! MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE APPLIED AT THE SAME TIME)
  12. Choose your shipping method and continue with payment ( See payment options on this page)
  13. Complete your purchase

You will receive an email with the order confirmation and updated shipping status.


STOCK STATUS, AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING

We can find the following options:

✰ AVAILABLE: Due to the wide variety of designs and applications of a single product, stock (available for sale) will always be available. This does not mean that we have stock available to ship within 24/48 hours; rather, you can place your order and it will be processed within the required time, which will range from 48 hours to 15 days depending on the production and customization.

✰ OUT OF STOCK: These items are out of stock. However, if you'd like, you can check availability or leave your email address so we can let you know when they're back in stock. This can also happen with items made to order. Feel free to inquire!

✰ SHIPPING: You can find out more about shipping times on the SHIPPING page.

✰ URGENT ORDERS: If your order is urgent, please contact us to ensure priority is available and I will consider it to serve it as soon as possible.

Please note that if it is personalized or made to order, it is sometimes impossible to deliver within 24 hours.

HOW DO I MAKE MY PERSONALIZATION WITH A PHOTO OR IMAGE?

For orders with custom images or other special customizations, please place your order as usual using the customization boxes. If you would like a design mockup, select the "design service" option and we will contact you to send you a digital sample prior to production.

Most photo-editable products offer the option to upload or edit the item. If the item you want doesn't have this option or you're experiencing an error, please contact me to ensure the customization can be completed or to resolve the issue.

Personalized illustrations to give as gifts

WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?

- Access your order, where you'll find the tracking number and a link to monitor its current status and location.

You will also receive tracking information via SMS and/or email.

Remember to have your ID available upon delivery and inspect the package before the carrier leaves to make sure it's free of any damage or suspicious dents.

From Me to You reports that:

The commercial sales contract begins when the invoice and order are received, accepted, and payment is made. Under no circumstances will a WhatsApp or other platform conversation be considered formal without recording and formalizing it.

This commercial contract is terminated as soon as it leaves our workshop. At this point, the carrier in question becomes responsible.

We ask and recommend that you place your order with sufficient notice to allow us to correct any errors made by ourselves or the shipping company.
