Personalized items have been included on the website to make it easier for our customers to view customizations, compare prices, and see the different options available for our items.
You can choose to purchase the item directly or contact us directly to place your order or request advice and guidance.
- Direct purchase: payment will be made for the total order.
- For quotes and special orders, payment can be made in two installments: 50% of the total upon acceptance of the quote and the remaining 50% just before shipping the order. (Only for orders over €250)

- Custom Orders
Because most items are personalized, returns are not accepted.
I care for our items as if they were my own little ones, so I will send them perfectly protected for proper reception.
If you receive a package in poor condition due to shipping , please contact me at the time of delivery. Include your order number and photos of both the outside and inside of the packaging so I can file a claim. A new shipment will be made.
For custom orders, they will be handled according to the request or stipulations in the quote. We always strive to maintain direct contact with you so you can see the progress and outcome. This will avoid unpleasant last-minute surprises. What you see is what you get! For this same reason, if explicit photographs or videos were provided during the design AND/OR production process that included an error, and this was not detected by both parties before shipping for a replacement of the item in question, the BUYER will be responsible for the resulting costs, with a small discount for the completed design.
You may request photographs or desired changes during production.
In customization, digital modification is limited to 3 changes.
In progress, modifications can only be made before production begins . Once the order is in progress, no significant changes, returns, or refunds can be made.
Post-quote changes in both quantity and design may increase the total costs of the order.
- Orders without Personalization
For non-personalized products, we accept returns within a maximum period of 90 days.
Please indicate the reason for the return, attaching photographs or information that will facilitate the claim to the appropriate department. We also reserve the right to analyze and review the reason for the return for subsequent acceptance.
It is essential that the return be made with the item in question free of signs of use and in its original packaging.
REFUND
We reserve the right to accept refund requests from our customers.
Such requests will only be accepted for non-personalized orders, prior to their production!
In the event of receiving merchandise in poor condition , the case will be studied and a consensus will be reached with the customer.
For custom orders, refunds can only be requested before the order is started or if delivery deadlines are not met ( which must be consulted in advance, as they will vary depending on the order volume ), except in cases of force majeure.
No refunds will be issued for delivery delays or incidents caused by the shipping company. We may take appropriate steps to resolve shipping issues, but under no circumstances can we be responsible for delays or refunds on personalized items caused by errors not directly caused by us.
Claims for late delivery are also not accepted for orders placed less than two weeks in advance.
For all other cases, the proposal will be reviewed, with both parties being aware of the effort it will take for me as a small, self-employed artisan to carry out this operation.
A WhatsApp conversation will never be considered a legitimate purchase-sale contract. Always verify via email that the order has been processed, confirmed, accepted, and paid for before processing. You must also ensure that the order details, shipping address, and contact information have been reviewed.
