Characteristics of this Extra Olive Oil for events

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is fundamentally characterized by four factors:

• A deep yellow color with some traces of green.
• A sweet, flat flavor, without the sharpness or bitterness characteristic of southern Spanish oils, creates a very pleasant palate that makes tasting these Virgins a true pleasure.
• A very dense aroma of ripe fruit.
• A very high content of fatty acids, making these Virgins one of the most perfect of all those obtained in the different olive-growing regions of Spain.

We must bear in mind that, in the Sierra de Gata region, most of the olives are intended for direct consumption, that is, as table olives, which enjoy a well-deserved reputation throughout Spain (the famous "Manzanilla Cacereña" olives). They are highly appreciated for their texture and flavor, which make them very pleasant to the palate.

The oil is obtained from olives that, due to their small size, cannot be consumed directly, so it follows that the Extra Virgin olive oil obtained from these fruits retains all of their most characteristic virtues.
