CAN I SEE HOW MY DESIGN LOOKS BEFORE IT IS MADE?
YES! We offer a full design service. Designs are made to order. Once we receive the order with the necessary instructions, we will prepare a digital mockup and contact you to confirm. Up to three design changes and modifications are allowed to achieve the desired result.
How do I customize my items?
If you're missing options or have any questions, contact us and we'll help you via WhatsApp or we'll manage it for you.
I like a design I saw on the web but I don't see the item I need.
If you already have an item with the design configuration and want to save yourself from configuring the rest, mark the necessary options and in order notes indicate: EQUAL TO (The configured item)
If you don't have any items already customized (this will be the main one), contact me or indicate the design you want in the text boxes and we will contact you for confirmation.
I can't personalize my item
Don't worry! We're experts in gift customization and have direct contact with our customers. Contact us and we'll help you with the customization.
I need to buy a large quantity, do I get a discount?
Many of our items already have an automatic quantity discount preconfigured, which is added to your cart before checkout.
If the item you need doesn't have this discount set up, and you need a large volume, please contact me and we'll see if we can adjust the price.
